There are a number of definitions of blueprint in the dictionary but this is the one I like the best.

“A complete plan that explains how to do or develop something.”

This is what I love. Teaching a plan. A complete plan.

About Me

So why me? What do I know about this stuff anyway?

Well, I’m Debbie and my love for anything creative led me to the events industry, where I have worked now for over 23 years.

I started the Qube Decor Group, the home of Qube Events & Productions 13 years ago while on maternity leave, with a goal of making a success of my company within 9 months, so I didn’t have to go back to work.

Guess what? I never went back!

I now plan and style over 300 events a year across the UK, am a two-time national winner of the Wedding Industry Awards for Best Venue Stylist in the UK, an official stylist of the National Wedding Show and a no.1 best selling author.

I have managed and styled corporate events for some of the UK’s major companies such as BMW, Avon, Mini and Unilever as well as styled several celebrity/footballer weddings and the Queen Charlotte’s ball.

So I guess you can say that 9 month challenge has turned out pretty well!

My other love is one that has grown through the two decades plus (gulp!) that I have been in the events industry, and that is helping other creative entrepreneurs to scale their businesses and convert enquiries into sales. This is what really gets my juices flowing!

Because of the lessons I have learnt over the years, I have a very clear idea of what works and what doesn’t work. What to do and what to avoid. So when I spoke to others who were struggling, I knew I had to find a way to share this information.

What products and services they will need.

3. Building your Brand

This is huge. We will take a 360 degree view of your brand. Where to start with it, determining your story and what your brand represents. We will look at all the actual elements your business should have to create a rocking brand. This words perfectly if you are starting from scratch or equally well if you want to go through a rebrand, or just give your existing branding a little refresher.

4 - How to get Visible & Content Creation

You need to be seen by the people who you want to see you! But the sheer amount of work it takes to show up everywhere, every day can be overwhelming. We’ll discuss how to target the platforms that will work best for you.

If you don’t have the right content, potential customers may not understand your value. We’ll focus on how to align your messaging with your ideal client.

5 - Collaboration

We’ll look at how to grow your business through collaborations, especially with venues and suppliers. Successful collaborations lead to ideas being created, solutions being found, and common goals being shared. A truly successful collaboration will benefit both parties and the key here is open, honest, and productive communication.

6 - Sales Crash Course

We will take away the fear of selling so that we can set up to convert time and time again. Debbie shares her sales secrets that will ensure that your clients want to work with you. Learn how to sell to your ideal client & to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
